Decision Making Readiness (DMR)
Ideal for schools, this online package measures decision-making competence of young people and adults, taking into account their cognitive ability, emotional awareness and social allegiances. DMR measures the state of preparedness for dealing with specific problems, transition points or changes, in order to make appropriate responses or plans, for example in making subject choices or career choices.
Participants complete an online audit comprising 36 statements. A report is generated, providing feedback on the participant’s decision making attributes and suggesting steps for improvement. The report provides statements in three sections: planning, self-awareness and relating to people.
